EVP, Behavioral Health and Wellness

Salary: Base + Bonus

Job Description: The Executive Vice President, Head of Behavioral Health and Wellness is responsible for implementing and overseeing all integrated behavioral health and wellness services, including all Substance Use Treatment programs in the Concordance model. This position reports to the President and CEO.
MAJOR DUTIES:
• Oversee all pre- and post-release behavioral health and wellness services for the Academy model, including Substance Use Treatment programs
• Foster participant success as the driving force of Academy services using strengths focused principles.
• Provide participant services as necessary
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and develop highly specialized team members, interns, and volunteers involved in the delivery of services, motivating them to deliver services with fidelity, skill, and heart
• Develop and maintain community partnerships to support the services required in the Concordance model such as physical health services
• Ensure that all behavioral health and wellness services are delivered in accordance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement quality standards and processes to ensure fidelity to Concordance model
• Coordinate internal reporting and program metrics to ensure organizational success and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work collaboratively with Executive Committee to ensure seamless integration of behavioral health and wellness services in the Concordance model
• Develop and execute annual plans for behavioral health and wellness programs.
• As an organization leader, sets an example by living the values of the Academy
• Collaborate with other members of the Executive Committee to ensure Concordance Academy continues to be the best
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related counseling field
• Experience mental health, dually-diagnosed, or other vulnerable or high-risk populations
• Experience working with substance use treatment
• Thorough knowledge of 12-Step recovery and resources in the community
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:
• LCSW, LPC, or another related clinical licensure
• Appropriate driver’s license
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience working with justice-involved adults or other vulnerable populations
• Experience working with manualized interventions
• Successful leadership in start-up organizations
• Work with integrated program models
• Development of integrated program models
