Salary: $20/hour
Job Description: We are seeking a Part-Time women’s recovery House Manager to join our team. This role is an average of 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including some evenings. This position is ideal for someone passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and looking to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct random weekly house checks (3 per house each week) and submit house sheets to the Executive Director every Sunday.
• Conduct random drug screens as required and log results in Sobriety Hub in real time. Immediately report any positive drug screens to the Executive Director.
• Co-Facilitate weekly house meetings and weekly new resident interviews.
• Conduct new resident intakes, including reviewing program and house rules to ensure resident compliance.
• Maintain familiarity with community resources that Hilljack House utilizes and partners with to assist residents.
• Collect all rent in a timely manner and follow money collection procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for the House President when minor issues arise.
• Change door codes on houses after resident transitions and disseminate new door code to the Executive Director and other relevant Hilljack House staff.
• Assist with community outreach events and social outings/activities for residents.
• Assist with the planning and execution of 3 Hilljack House holiday dinners per year.
• Participate in monthly individual supervision and bi-monthly staff meetings.
• Participate in professional development training, including health and safety, peer mentoring, or recovery residence training, as needed.
• Be available to receive emergency phone calls, as needed.

Requirements: • High School Diploma/Equivalency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of 2 years abstinence-based recovery
• Peer Support Credential preferred
