Stacey Langendoerfer

Stacey Langendoerfer has been the Executive Director of the Missouri Credentialing Board (MCB) and the Missouri Association of Treatment Court Professionals (MATCP) since 2012. In these roles, she has led efforts to advance credentialing and treatment court programs across Missouri, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and program development. Prior to this, Stacey spent 10 years as the administrator for Boone County’s Mental Health and DWI Courts, where she was instrumental in creating effective community-based programs.

Stacey holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Business Administration from Columbia College and a Bachelor in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is certified as a Certified Criminal Justice Professional (CCJP), Harm Reduction Specialist (HRS) at both the state and national levels, Family Support Provider (FSP), Pregnant and Parenting Families Specialist (PPF), and Medication-Assisted Recovery Specialist (MARS).

In her career, Stacey has worked with the Columbia Police Department to establish the Columbia Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) program, advanced treatment court programs at state and national levels, and provided consultation to nonprofit organizations on program strategy and operations. She previously served as the Treasurer and Board Member for the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium (ICRC).

In recognition of her contributions to Missouri’s treatment courts, Stacey was honored with the Kelly Van Vleck Unsung Hero Award in 2013.

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her animals, which include two horses, four miniature horses, three dogs, and three cats. She is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her community and advancing behavioral health and recovery services.

Kim Crouch

Kim Crouch is the Assistant Director of the Missouri Credentialing Board.  She joined the MCB staff in 2021 and currently manages all of MCB’s peer training programs, peer credentialing, and reciprocity requests.   Previous to this, she worked for 29 years with the Missouri Department of Corrections.  27 of those years were working in an institutional treatment center setting, with offenders stipulated for substance use disorder treatment by the courts and/or parole board.  During those 27 years she worked with both male and female offenders and in both short and long term treatment platforms.  Kim held the following positions for varying lengths of time:  case manager, counselor, counselor supervisor, treatment unit supervisor, assistant warden and then retired in 2021 after serving her last 4 years as a warden and chief of drug testing services for the department.   Kim was also a part of many different committees and workgroups in DOC over the years that were responsible for developing and implementing policies and practices within DOC’s treatment programs across the state. 
Kim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1992 from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and holds certifications with the Missouri Credentialing Board for Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor and Pregnant and Parenting Families. 

Ebony Jackson

Ebony Jackson serves as the Credentialing Specialist for the Missouri Credentialing Board, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in counseling, recovery services, and administrative leadership to her role. Her comprehensive background equips her to support the Board’s mission of maintaining high professional standards and ensuring the safety and well-being of Missouri’s citizens.
Prior to joining MCB, Ebony worked as a drug and alcohol counselor and served as a key member of the Boone County Treatment Court team. Her experience spans a variety of roles, including counseling, recovery house operations, treatment team liaison, corrections, and facility management. This diverse expertise allows Ebony to approach her work with a well-rounded perspective, deeply informed by hands-on experience in the field of addiction recovery and behavioral health.
Ebony holds multiple credentials and certifications through MCB, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence. Her responsibilities include managing credentialing processes, supporting applicants, and maintaining compliance with professional standards to ensure that Missouri’s peer and behavioral health professionals are well-equipped to provide quality care.

Her dedication to fostering professional growth and protecting the public is central to her work at the Missouri Credentialing Board.

Blair Campmier

Blair Campmier serves as the Program Manager for the Missouri Credentialing Board, bringing over 20 years of experience in counseling and program development within the criminal justice field. Blair’s expertise in addiction treatment, behavioral health, and harm reduction plays a crucial role in advancing the Board’s mission of fostering professional excellence and supporting recovery initiatives across Missouri.
Blair earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University, demonstrating a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and mental health. He is a Certified Criminal Justice Addiction Professional (CCJP) and holds a Harm Reduction Specialist (HRS) certification through the Missouri Credentialing Board. Blair’s training extends to facilitating Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) groups, equipping him with the skills to guide individuals through evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions aimed at reducing recidivism and promoting recovery.
Over the course of his career, Blair has dedicated himself to working with adults and juveniles involved in the criminal justice system, addressing the unique challenges they face in overcoming addiction and behavioral health issues. His work has spanned counseling, program management, and collaborative efforts with criminal justice professionals to implement effective treatment solutions.
As Program Manager, Blair oversees a range of initiatives that support the credentialing and training of behavioral health professionals, ensuring they meet rigorous standards. His leadership helps to shape programs that bridge the gap between criminal justice and recovery services, promoting holistic approaches to rehabilitation and reintegration.
Blair’s unwavering commitment to improving the lives of individuals impacted by addiction and his dedication to advancing the standards of professional practice make him an invaluable asset to the Missouri Credentialing Board and the communities it serves.

Heather Graham-Thompson

Heather Graham-Thompson is the Operations Manager for the Missouri Credentialing Board, bringing over 27 years of experience in the behavioral health field to her role. Previously, she served as the Treatment Court Administrator for the 45th Judicial Circuit in Lincoln and Pike Counties from 2008 to 2025, where she coordinated services for Adult, DWI, DWI-Misdemeanor, Co-Occurring, and Family Dependency Court programs.

Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Missouri State University and is certified as a Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor by the Missouri Credentialing Board. Her extensive career includes roles such as Community Support Worker Supervisor, Children’s Program Coordinator, and Outpatient Treatment Site Director for Bridgeway Behavioral Health.

In addition to her professional achievements, Heather has been an active contributor to her community. She has served on the Lincoln-Pike Counties Drug Court Foundation Board and the Drug Alcohol Reduction Team in Lincoln County, focusing on increasing public awareness and fostering partnerships to support recovery services.

Heather’s impactful work has been recognized with accolades, including the 2019 Kelly Van Vleck Unsung Hero Award. Her passion for advancing behavioral health initiatives and supporting recovery efforts continues to drive her work at the Missouri Credentialing Board.

Mark McDonald

With over 35 years of experience in the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) profession, Mark McDonald brings a wealth of expertise in counseling, program administration, and recovery housing leadership. As the Owner and Director of Professional Development and Consulting, Mark is dedicated to training, professional development, and readiness for individuals and organizations in the behavioral health field.

Currently employed by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Mark specializes in training and curriculum development, leveraging extensive knowledge to enhance service delivery and clinical team building. Mark has contributed to treatment courts for approximately 18 years and previously served as the Southwest Missouri Representative on the Missouri Credentialing Board, where they held roles on the Ethics Committee and as Vice President of the Board.

An accomplished trainer, Mark is an approved provider for the LPC, LCSW, LMFT, and LADC boards in Oklahoma. Mark is also a trainer of trainers for the Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) in Clinical Supervision Foundations, Recovery Supports Technology, and Technology in Clinical Supervision. In Missouri, Mark collaborates with various recovery support organizations and clinicians to deliver impactful training and provide clinical supervision, consultation, and direction for long-term recovery programs.
