Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Training

"*" indicates required fields

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

The Missouri Credentialing Board and Department of Mental Health are excited to offer WRAP trainings to our hard working professionals!

What is WRAP?  For more than 25 years, this self-directed evidence based program has been used for anyone who wants to get well, stay well, or create the life they want—despite life’s challenges.  WRAP includes recovery-focused books, tool, and materials, which has been used globally to support mental and behavioral health.   With WRAP you will discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness, develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals, and identify what throws you off track and develop a plan to keep moving forward.

Since everyone defines their own “wellness”, WRAP is individualized to each person and their situations. WRAP can help you achieve it, step by step, your way, and on your terms.

Levels of WRAP:

  • Level 1 provides an overview of WRAP and equips a person with the basic information needed to complete their own WRAP plan.  It is provided by a WRAP facilitator certified through the Copeland Center.
  • Level 2 is for those who would like to become a WRAP facilitator.  Extensive training is provided on WRAP as well as how to facilitate WRAP trainings, workshops and groups.  NOTE:  The pre-requisites for this training are to have completed Level 1, have a solid working knowledge of WRAP, have developed and used their own WRAP or assisted and supported another working on their WRAP.

The Level 1 trainings will be offered virtually.  Your training materials will be mailed to you upon registration.   Class size will be limited to 20 participants.

Level 2 trainings will be offered in person.  You will receive your materials at the training location.   Class size will be limited to 16 participants.
